Marcus’ Pre-Thanksgiving Day Challenge
We all know there’s a reason it’s called Turkey Day. Cuz you sit around on your booty and you stuff your face. With turkey. And lots of other stuff. To pre-empt the seemingly inevitable holiday weight gain (and to have fun!), Marcus has suggested a Pre-Thanksgiving Day Challenge. It’s just a week long! Let’s do it!
Challenge game plan:
Monday- Kangoo Run, 3 miles
Tuesday- Kangoo Workout, 1 hour
Wednesday- Kangoo Workout, 45 minutes
Thursday- Yoga, 1 hour
Friday- Kangoo Run, 3 miles
Saturday- Kangoo Workout or Other Workout
Sunday- Weigh your skinny ass!!
