Kangoo’s Best

Mario the Trainer - Kangoo Nation

Mario Green, teaching a Kangoo Class in NYC.

Another great Kangoo resource is trainer Mario Green’s Kangoo website.  Mario is an international Kangoo trainer with lots of great information, photos, and videos. If you want to check out Kangoo Jumps in action, I highly recommend you visit his page and dig around. Mario used to teach Kangoo at Crunch gym before it became FFC. Maybe you or someone you know trained with him! You’ll see some of his videos on YouTube if you search for Kangoo there as well!

Kangoo in Action

If you still can’t possibly imagine what this craziness looks like, I’ve compiled a Kangoo channel on YouTube of some of the better videos out there. Yes, some are funny and foreign and maybe a little outdated (Kangoo is practiced all over the world, you know!). Yes, people are wearing short shorts and baring their abdomens. I’m not saying this is what we look like or how we dress! But these are the videos that I think are truer to the style we practice and have great energy! So check em out if you want and search for some yourself. There are also some Kangoo DVD’s you can buy from KangooJumps.com (also a little outdated in my opinion, but good for practicing at home if it’s all ya got!).
